Mi történik, ha nem sikerül eladni az ingatlant?
Minden ügylet más, de folyamatosan figyelem a piacot, és ha szükséges, stratégiát váltunk. Ha az ingatlan nem kel el egy adott idÅ‘n belül, segítek az ár- vagy marketingstratégia finomhangolásában, hogy megtaláljuk a legjobb megoldást.
