Ez több tényezőtől függ, például az ingatlan elhelyezkedésétől, állapotától és az aktuális piaci helyzettől. Célunk, hogy a lehető leghamarabb megtaláljuk a megfelelő vevőt – akár néhány héten belül.
Mennyibe kerül a szolgáltatás?
Sikerdíjért dolgozom, vagyis csak akkor kell fizetni, ha sikeresen eladom az ingatlant. Díjazásom az ingatlan értékesítési árának 2-5 %-os része (+ÁFA), amely magában foglalja a teljes közvetítési és marketingfolyamatot. Pontos ajánlatért vedd fel velem a kapcsolatot!
Mi történik, ha nem sikerül eladni az ingatlant?
Minden ügylet más, de folyamatosan figyelem a piacot, és ha szükséges, stratégiát váltunk. Ha az ingatlan nem kel el egy adott időn belül, segítek az ár- vagy marketingstratégia finomhangolásában, hogy megtaláljuk a legjobb megoldást.
